The Marks Law Group, LLC was founded by Erika R. Marks and specializes in Family Law, Civil Litigation, Immigration Law and Business Law.

Mrs. Marks attended Rutgers University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Journalism and a minor in Spanish. She is a graduate of Seton Hall Law School where she was an active participant in the Immigration Clinic at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice. Mrs. Marks is a member of both the New Jersey and New York Bar.

Mrs. Marks grew up in Nutley, New Jersey and presently resides in Randolph, New Jersey with her husband and three children.
